Ratchadamnoen Residence - Bangkok

Great and quiet location close to main tourist attractions like the Golden Mount, Khaosan Road, and the Grand Palace. A nice restaurant located nearby. - Excellent for visiting public monuments.

Very close to Khaosan Road (2 min walk). A McDonald's restaurant open 24h just around the corner (very useful for people who don't enjoy thai food). Very clean and nicely designed rooms. Simple but efective. The 3 bedroom room was actually divided in 3 rooms: a double beded room, another single beded room and a en-suite bathroom in between; both rooms had their own key and access to the hallway. Breakfast was good. Service was excellent (it's really hard to find people who speak english in thailand, even hotel staff).

The location of the hotel was unkown to our taxi driver and to many other people we've asked. We ended up being dropped around 500m away from where the actual hotel was and had to find it ourselves, using gps and asking a lot of people. Turns out, it was actually very easy to find. Just study the road map around the place very well before going there.

Nicely decorated & large unit with separated bedroom. Good and perfect location close to all the attractions in town and easy access to a night market and a market.

No pool.

It was a great base for sightseeing in Bangkok. Met outstandingly accommodating and amiable staff on the reception desk. - the hotel's location was very central in the old city center. - the room was well-kept, nicely decorated, and had a functional bathroom, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator.

The staff was great, very helpful, and at all times very friendly Good choice for breakfast Big, clean, modern rooms In the old city centre of Bangkok (Grand Palace, Wat Po and National museum are 10min on foot) Fast wifi Best value for money I've ever seen Do not hesitate any longer!

Taxi/tuktuk might have problems reaching it, but just say the Democracy Monument (or ask the hotel staff to write it in phonetic Thai) and then it's a piece of cake.

The breakfasts were very very good. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff did a great job. Location: the hotel was near to Giant Swing, Sanam Luang, Wat Bavorn, especially Democracy monument, the most important monuments of the city, and the market place. Cafe Klongdinsor located 1 km away was a nice surprise...

The complimentary breakfast offers a range of meal options, and the central location is convenient for visiting popular attractions nearby.

The location is very good, only a short walk to Khao San Road and many interesting sights around Bangkok, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. We will certainly stay at this Hotel again

Excellent information provided about getting to/from the airport and locating the apartments. Very friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance of many of the major attractions. Good breakfast.

Lack of a lift. No crockery/cutlery for "eating in". Only one easy chair.

The room was tastefully decorated and air conditioned on the upper floors, I had a good rest. the location was perfect and comfortable, near many temples and the old district, center, highlights, monuments.

Friendly Staff. Good position on the Democracy Monument Roundabout (If getting a taxi here tell them to go to Democracy Monument as many dont know the hotel, it is then next to the Sidewalk Bar). It is especially good for the Grand Palace as it is in the older part of the city rather than the big downtown hotels. The breakfast is really nice and big. All in all a great place to stay for seeing the grand palace and Wat Pho.

This was a great location and close to everything. Staff great! And the room was large and really clean.

There is no lift so make sure you query on the floor you are staying in as its a long way up.

Excellent Service and Delicious Breakfast

During our recent stay at Ratchadamnoen Residence, we were impressed with the excellent service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist us with any queries or requests. the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every appetite.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a slightly small bathroom and some noise from the street, these did not significantly impact our overall experience at Ratchadamnoen Residence.

Good location just a short walk from koh san road. Clean and modern rooms, free breakfast and wi-fi.

The residence is located around 10 min to Khao San in a side street. The room is big and quite clean. We liked the accommodation.

The hotel staff is not really friendly and the room cleaning service likes to forget to leave toilet paper or to clean the trash bins. The breakfast is not really nice. The prize is surely too high for the offered.
